  1. cook rice as directed on bag.
  2. steam veggies, not avacado.
  3. in a pan over a medium heat, heat oil.
  4. add cooked rice, egg whites -- cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. add steamed veggies and soy sauce cook for about 5 minutes.
  6. cut cream cheese into 1" pieces.
  7. add avacado, cream cheese, and wasabi to pan
  8. stir and cook until combined well.
