Middle Eastern Beef Kabobs

  1. Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  2. Reserve 1 tsp.
  3. garlic.
  4. Mix remaining garlic with meat, egg, lemon juice, 1 tsp.
  5. zest, 3 Tbsp.
  6. dressing and 1 Tbsp.
  7. za'atar just until blended.
  8. Shape into 12 (2-inch-long) ovals; thread onto skewers.
  9. Grill 8 to 10 min.
  10. or until done (160 degrees F), turning after 5 min.
  11. Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients.
  12. Serve kabobs with yogurt mixture.
