Golden Glazed Pork Ribs

  1. Cut ribs into serving size portions.
  2. Place ribs on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
  3. Bake in a 350F oven for 1 hour.
  4. Drain off any fat.
  5. For Glaze: Stir together soy sauce, mustard and honey.
  6. Brush ribs lightly with some of the glaze.
  7. Bake for 30-45 minutes more or until ribs are tender, brushing occasionally with the glaze.
