Steak & Spinach Salad
- 1 cup prepared GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
- 2 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 beef sirloin steak (1 lb.), 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 8 cups torn spinach
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 large tomato, cut into wedges Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup thin red onion rings
- Mix dressing and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour 1/2 cup of the dressing mixture over steak in shallow dish; cover.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour to marinate.
- Drain steak; discard marinade.
- Preheat greased grill to medium heat.
- Grill steak, 5 to 6 min.
- on each side or until desired doneness (medium 160F).
- Cut steak across grain into thin slices.
- Toss spinach, mushrooms, tomato and onion with remaining 1/2 cup dressing mixture.
- Top with steak slices.
