Chocolate and Banana Chip Cookies
- 80 grams Margarine or butter (unsalted)
- 1 pinch Salt
- 50 grams Sugar
- 1 Egg (Medium)
- 10 ml Milk
- 140 grams Cake flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 30 grams Chocolate chips
- 30 grams Banana chips
- Put the margarine and salt in a bowl and cream well with a whisk.
- Add the sugar in 2~3 parts to Step 1, mixing well with each addition.
- Add the egg in 2-3 parts to Step 2, mixing well with each addition.
- Add the milk and the sifted dry ingredients all at once and use a wooden spatula to mix together until crumbly.
- Add the chocolate chips and banana chips.
- Use a wooden spatula to press it all together.
- Use a fork to transfer the cookie dough to the cookie sheet, leaving space between each lump.
- Press down on the tops with a fork to shape.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 170C for 20 minutes.
- Once baked, let cool on racks.
