Citrus Salad with In-Season Greens

  1. Peel fruit; cut into sections, allowing the juices to collect in small bowl.
  2. Add dressing and lemon juice to reserved juices; mix well.
  3. Toss endive with watercress and onions in large bowl.
  4. Add dressing mixture; mix lightly.
  5. Top with fruit.
  6. Serve immediately.
