Raspberry-Almond Tart
- 2/3 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup whole grain pastry flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 3 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 cup raspberry fruit spread (jam/jelly)
- 3/4 tsp almond extract
- 2 1/2 cup raspberries
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds
- preheat oven 375 & coat a 10 inch circle pan w/spray
- mix the oats thru chocolate chips together & press into pan.
- Bake 12 min untill firm & golden.
- then cool
- microwave spread & extract till melted & spread 1 tbs over crust
- Arrange raspberries over crust & brush remaining glaze over them
- sprinkle with almonds & refridgerate 30min untill spread has jelled
