Sister-In-Law's Chocolate Pie
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 dash salt
- 4 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 34 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pie crust, baked
- In sauce pan, combine sugar, sugar, cocoa, flour, cornstarch, and salt.
- Mix well.
- Add milk and egg yolks, stirring until mixed.
- Cook mixture over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
- Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
- Stir until butter is melted.
- Pour into prepared pie crust.
- Refrigerate until cool.
- Top with Cook Whip or meringue.
