Sean's-Graham cracker crust cupcake delights
- 1/3 cup Vegtable oil
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 1/4 cup Water
- 2 packages Icing
- 6 tbsp Butter or margerine (melted)
- 1 packages Cinnamon graham crackers (finely crushed)
- 12 Cupcake wrappers
- Mix cake mix as directed on box
- Mix crushed graham crackers with butter until well mixed.
- Use two teaspoonfuls of the mixture into each cupcake space.
- Press mixture evenly onto bottom of cupcake pan cups and a 1/2 way on the sides of cups.
- Fill each cup with cake mix 3/4 full.
- Bake cake mix as directed on the package.
- Let the cupcake cool for 30 minutes
- Use desired squeeze tipped icing & insert 1/2 way into the top center of cupcake squeeze & pull out slowly stopping when you reach the top of cupcake
- Top with desired icing topping
