Dried Pear Crisps

  1. Preheat oven to 275F.
  2. Mix sugar and spices in small bowl.
  3. Place pear slices on rack set over baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle with spiced sugar.
  5. Bake until almost dry, about 1 hour.
  6. Cool.
  7. Store airtight up to 2 days.
