Fried chicken

  1. mix Egg and buttermilk in large bowl and soak the pieces of chicken
  2. mix flour and herbs in a separate bowl.
  3. put chicken in flour
  4. completely cover chicken by rolling out in the flour.
  5. heat up oil or lard in pan.. or deep fryer
  6. fry chicken for 8 -10 min or until brown.. id using frying pan make sure to cook chicken evenly on both sides...
