Pasta e Fagioli
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 carrot Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 2 celery
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 onion King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 3 strips bacon, chopped Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 1 can (19 oz / 540 mL) white kidney beans
- 1 1/2 cups ditali pasta
- 1 can (19 oz / 540 mL) Romano beans
- Just follow our 3 simple steps
- Cook 3 chopped bacon strips, 2 each chopped carrots and celery stalks, 1 chopped onion and 3 minced garlic cloves for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Stir IN 6 cups chicken broth and 1 can (19 oz / 540 mL) drained and rinsed Romano beans.
- Mash 1 can (19 oz / 540 mL) drained and rinsed white kidney beans and add to vegetable mixture.
- Bring to boil.
- Add 1 1/2 cups ditali pasta and cook 8 minutes or until pasta is tender.
