Pasta e Fagioli

  1. Just follow our 3 simple steps
  2. Cook 3 chopped bacon strips, 2 each chopped carrots and celery stalks, 1 chopped onion and 3 minced garlic cloves for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Stir IN 6 cups chicken broth and 1 can (19 oz / 540 mL) drained and rinsed Romano beans.
  4. Mash 1 can (19 oz / 540 mL) drained and rinsed white kidney beans and add to vegetable mixture.
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. Add 1 1/2 cups ditali pasta and cook 8 minutes or until pasta is tender.
