So Sweet! Steamed Corn on the Cob

  1. Wash the corn while still in the husks.
  2. Cut into sizes that will fit in the pot you will be using.
  3. Add water to a pot and place the corn in the water without overlapping.
  4. Sprinkle with high quality salt.
  5. Cover tightly with a lid and steam over medium heat.
  6. When the steam begins to escape from the lid, lower the heat to very low and steam for 3-5 more minutes.
  7. Stop the heat and leave covered for another 10 minutes, and then they're done.
