Chikuwa Tossed in Sesame Oil and Nori

  1. Slice the chikuwa in half lengthwise, then slice diagonally (or into desired shapes).
  2. In a bowl, toss the chikuwa with sesame oil.
  3. Add the aonori and mix.
  4. Arrange on a plate and serve.
  5. If you are using this as a bento filler, it's best to fry it in sesame oil before sprinkling on the aonori (recommended by user "Miyuma").
