Light and Rich Japanese-style Steak with Grated Daikon Radish

  1. Cut slits in the pork and pound using the back of the knife, then season with salt and pepper.
  2. Combine the ingredients and grate the daikon.
  3. Heat a pan and sear the pork on both sides, Cover with a lid and steam.
  4. Insert a skewer in the meat and if the liquid runs clear, add the ingredients and turn off the heat.
  5. If the liquid does not run clear, cook a little longer.
  6. Remove the pork from the pan and cut into bite-size pieces.
  7. Place the pork on a plate and top with grated daikon.
  8. Pour over the hot sauce and enjoy.
