Satay Dressing

• 12 cup crunchy peanut butter
• 12 cup natural yoghurt
• 1 -2 teaspoon soy sauce

1. Combine all in a small saucepan.
2. Gradually add in 1/2 cup boiling water.
3. Stir over moderate heat, do not boil.
4. Serve warm.
