Hermits Sugar Free Recipe

  1. Cream butter and sugar substitute.
  2. Add in salt and egg.
  3. Beat well.
  4. Stir in flour sifted with soda and spices.
  5. Beat well alternating with the lowfat milk.
  6. Stir in fruit and nuts.
  7. Spread in greased 7 x 14 baking pan.
  8. Bake 15 min at 350 degrees.
  9. Cut in squares while hot.
  10. Makes 25 to 30.
