Crunchy Pitas with Greek Salad

  1. Combine lamb, dressing and lemon juice and marinate for 1/2 hour or overnight.
  2. Thread marinated lamb onto skewers, cook on a preheated BBQ plate or grill for 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, yoghurt, cucumber and mint to form dressing.
  4. To serve, top pitas with cherry tomatoes, olives and feta.
  5. Place lamb skewers on topand drizzle with cucumber dressing.
