Spicy Triple Cheddar BBQ Chicken Pizza
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) FRESH TAKE Cheddar Jack & Bacon Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix, mixed together
- 1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
- 1/3 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Coat chicken with FRESH TAKE and bake as directed on package; cool slightly.
- Cut chicken into thin strips.
- Spread pizza crust with barbecue sauce; top with chicken and remaining ingredients.
- Sprinkle with any remaining FRESH TAKE; place directly on middle oven rack.
- Bake 15 to 18 min.
- or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown.
