Herbed Roast Beef Recipe

  1. Allow beef to reach room temperature.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Coat roast with mix, being sure ample is on top side.
  4. Place on rack in shallow roasting pan; don't add in water.
  5. Roast, uncovered, in preheated 325 degree oven approximately 30 min per lb.
  6. or possibly till meat thermometer registers 140 degrees for rare, or possibly 150 degrees for medium-rare.
  7. Use a very sharp knife to cut into thin slices.
  8. Makes 6-8 servings.
