Ranch Dressing Cheese Ball

• 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
• 1 package (about 1 Oz. Size) Hidden Valley Ranch Powder
• 1 cup Chopped Nuts Of Your Choice
• 1 Tablespoon Garlic Pepper

1. Allow the cream cheese to come to room temperature.
2. Mix in ranch powder a little at a time, being sure to blend it well.
3. Place mixture on plastic wrap and and form into a ball.
4. Refrigerate until hardened, about 2 hours.
5. Roughly chop nuts and mix with garlic pepper.
6. Roll cheese ball to coat with nut/garlic pepper mixture.
7. Serve with crackers.
8. Note: its best to roll the ball in nuts just before serving to ensure that the nuts stay crisp.
