Chocolate Mousse - Dessert

  1. In large mixing bowl, pour whipping cream and cream of tartar.
  2. Mix at medium speed for about 20 minutes, or until very stiff peaks form.
  3. In separate bowl, combine condensed milk, pudding and water.
  4. Beat with mixer until smooth.
  5. Chill 5 minutes.
  6. Gently fold 1/4 of pudding mixture into whipped cream mixture.
  7. Gently fold remaining amount of pudding mixture into whipped cream mixture.
  8. Chill until set.
