Chili Pepperoni Salad Bowl Recipe
- 1 med. head iceberg lettuce
- 3 c. corn chips
- 4 ounce. pepperoni, thinly sliced
- 1 lg. tomato, minced
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
- 1 (15 ounce.) can chili with beans
- Line salad bowl with outer lettuce leaves, cut remaining lettuce into bite-size chunks.
- Place lettuce chunks, chips, pepperoni, tomato, cheese, and olives in bowl.
- Heat chili; pour on top of salad.
- Toss lightly.
- Makes 6 servings.
