Chicken Caesar Sliders
- - ground chicken
- 1-1/2 qt. croutons, coarsely crushed
- 2-1/4 cups Kraft Creamy Caesar Dressing, divided
- 1-1/2 cups bacon bits
- 6 doz. mini ciabatta sandwich buns
- 72 each Small leaf lettuce leaves
- Combine chicken, croutons, 3/4 cup (175 mL) dressing (or 2 Tbsp.
- 30 mL dressing for trial recipe) and bacon just until blended.
- Use a #30 scoop to portion mixture into 1.5 oz (45 g) patties.
- Make a slight depression in top of each patty to keep them flat while cooking.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- For each serving: Cook 3 patties on griddle on medium-high heat 5 to 7 min.

- Alternately, patties can be seared on both sides, then baked in 400F (200C) standard oven 10 min.

- Fill each bun with lettuce, burger and 1 tsp.
- (5 mL) of the remaining dressing.
