Chicken Caesar Sliders

  1. Combine chicken, croutons, 3/4 cup (175 mL) dressing (or 2 Tbsp.
  2. 30 mL dressing for trial recipe) and bacon just until blended.
  3. Use a #30 scoop to portion mixture into 1.5 oz (45 g) patties.
  4. Make a slight depression in top of each patty to keep them flat while cooking.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  6. For each serving: Cook 3 patties on griddle on medium-high heat 5 to 7 min.
  7. on each side or until done (170F 77C).
  8. Alternately, patties can be seared on both sides, then baked in 400F (200C) standard oven 10 min.
  9. or until done (170F 77C).
  10. Fill each bun with lettuce, burger and 1 tsp.
  11. (5 mL) of the remaining dressing.
