Crustless Potato (Pumpkin) Pie Recipe

• 4 med. sweet potatoes
• 3 tbsp. plain flour
• 1 1/4 c. sugar
• 1 stick butter
• 1/4 c. oil
• 2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3 Large eggs
• 1/2 c. lowfat milk

1. Combine all ingredients and pour into a deep dish.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
