Spinach & Mashed Tofu with Homemade Sesame Miso Dressing

  1. Drain the tofu by breaking it into large pieces and place into a colander.
  2. If you're in a hurry, lay a small plate on top!
  3. Boil the spinach in salted water.
  4. When done, drain the water and cut into 4-5 cm long pieces.
  5. Wring out the excess water.
  6. Combine the drained tofu, sesame sauce granules, and miso in a bowl.
  7. You don't need to use a mortar and pestle to mix, just use a spoon or fork!
  8. You can enjoy the texture of the grains of sesame.
  9. Taste and adjust the flavor as needed.
  10. Once seasoned, add the wrung out spinach.
  11. If you don't have sesame sauce granules, add the ingredients listed above and mix in the same fashion.
  12. This spinach & mashed tofu with sesame miso sauce was made so easily.
  13. It also tastes great with carrots or mushrooms.
