Pecan-Crusted Chicken with Honey-Mustard Sauce

  1. Mix pecans, bread crumbs, salt and pepper in shallow dish or pie plate; set aside.
  2. Beat eggs and water in separate shallow dish.
  3. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then in pecan mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each chicken piece.
  4. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  5. Add chicken, in batches; cook 2 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Meanwhile, mix dressing and mustard.
  8. Serve with chicken.
