Loin of Lamb Rubbed With Garlic and Cumin With Yogurt Sauce

  1. Make the sauce Place oil, cumin, garlic, lime juice, cilantro and black pepper in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into a large shallow baking dish, add tenderloins and rub completely with the marinade.
  3. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 4 hours.
  4. Remove from marinade and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium rare.
  6. Make the sauce Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Let stand at least 1/2 hour before serving.
  8. Serve with the grilled lamb.
