Crock Pot Beef Roast
- 2 -3 lbs beef roast
- 10 12 ounces Campbell's French onion soup, condensed (1 can)
- 12 cup water
- 1.
- Pierce the beef on all side with a fork.
- Do not remove fat.
- 2.
- Place beef in crock pot and cover with soup and water.
- 3.
- Cook on low for 12-18 hours (but definetly not less than 8).
- Turn every few hours.
- Note: Liquid should almost cover beef.
- If you have a larger crock pot you may want to add another can of soup and another 1/2 cup water.
