Crispy Chicken Fingers with Spicy Honey Mustard

  1. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a pie plate or shallow bowl.
  2. Dip chicken tenders in mixture and coat well with bread crumbs.
  3. Heat about a 1/2 inch of oil in a skillet over medium high heat and fry tenders until golden brown and crispy on each side.
  4. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Serve with honey mustard (combine honey and mustard well:).
