Irish Cream Liqueur

• 3 large eggs
• 15 ounces evaporated milk
• 1/2 pt heavy whipping cream
• 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
• 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
• 13 ounces scotch whiskey

1. Combine all ingredients in a blended for 1 minute.
2. Let stand over night.
3. Bottle the next day.
