Chicken Strips In Garlic And Butter Recipe

  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper over chicken.
  2. Dust chicken strips with flour.
  3. Heat 1/2 c. of the butter and 2 cloves of the chopped garlic in frying pan.
  4. Heat remaining 1/2 c. of butter and 1 clove of garlic in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  5. Saute/fry the chicken strips in the garlic butter.
  6. (I add in about 2 Tbsp.
  7. of extra virgin olive oil to keep the butter from burning).
  8. When chicken is golden brown remove to the baking dish.
  9. Sprinkle with parsley.
  10. Pour can of broth over chicken.
  11. Bake at 325 degrees uncovered for 30-35 min.
  12. Stir occasionally - serve over rice.
  13. May be prepared ahead of time - just add in 10-15 min to baking time.
