Kiwi & Cauliflower Vitamin C Salad for Beautiful Skin

  1. Cut the cauliflower into desired sizes and boil briefly in hot water with salt (not listed) for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Cut off the both ends of kiwi and peel the skin.
  3. Cut it into quarter slices.
  4. Combine and mix in a bowl.
  5. It will stop separating and will thicken after a while.
  6. Add the boiled cauliflower into the bowl from Step 3, let the dressing soak in, and arrange it on a serving dish with the kiwi.
  7. Sprinkle cottage cheese (ricotta cheese) over it and it's done.
  8. I used some green vegetables in the photo.
  9. There are many ways to make homemade cottage cheese and ricotta cheese, but my favorite is Turkish dish cokelek, made with yogurt.
  10. Remaining cheese and boiled cauliflower can be wrapped with plastic wrap and stored in ziplock bags in the freezer.
