Pork Rind. Cactus, Potato in red sauce Dinner / Sopa de Chicharron, nopales, papa en salsa roja
- 4 medium Cactus w/o thorns
- 1 large Potato
- 1 packages Pork Rinds/Chicharron
- 4 medium Tomatos
- 1 medium jalapeno
- 2 slice Onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup water
- 2 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Chop up Cactus, Potatoes
- boil cactus and potatoes until tendrr
- drain cactus/ potato water, rinse cactus and potato off
- preheat pan to medium with olive oil
- any the blender place tomatoes, onion,jalapeno, garlic, salt, all water
- place blended red sauce into pan let it bubble
- when bubbling place the cactus, potatoes inside the red sauce blend
- let it heat up a bit more like 2-3 minutes then place your bag of pork rinds inside the sauce with cactus and potato
- mix it up slowly
- now you have a Mexican meal.
