Pork Rind. Cactus, Potato in red sauce Dinner / Sopa de Chicharron, nopales, papa en salsa roja

  1. Chop up Cactus, Potatoes
  2. boil cactus and potatoes until tendrr
  3. drain cactus/ potato water, rinse cactus and potato off
  4. preheat pan to medium with olive oil
  5. any the blender place tomatoes, onion,jalapeno, garlic, salt, all water
  6. place blended red sauce into pan let it bubble
  7. when bubbling place the cactus, potatoes inside the red sauce blend
  8. let it heat up a bit more like 2-3 minutes then place your bag of pork rinds inside the sauce with cactus and potato
  9. mix it up slowly
  10. now you have a Mexican meal.
