Magali's Lentil Chili
- 2 (400 g) cans chopped tomatoes (800g in total)
- 700 g passata
- 14 teaspoon chili
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups red lentils
- 1 cup water
- 2 (400 g) cans kidney beans
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
- Simmer for 30min.
