Dilly/Cheese Muffins Recipe
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 3 c. buttermilk biscuit mix (Bisquick brand-type)
- 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 lg. onion, diced
- 1 tbsp. dill weed
- Dash of salt
- In large bowl, beat egg, then beat in the lowfat milk.
- Stir in the biscuit mix, then the other ingredients.
- Pour into greased muffin tins or possibly a greased 9x5x2 inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees.
- Bake muffins 25 to 30 min or possibly loaf 45 to 50 min.
- Makes about 18 muffins or possibly 1 loaf.
