Mini Italian-Style Meatloaves
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 3/4 cup Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- 3/4 cup Touch of Philadelphia Shredded Creamy Mozza Cheese
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.
- Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
- Use back of spoon to make indentation in centre of each; fill with pasta sauce.
- Bake 30 min.
- or until meatloaves are done (160 degrees F).
- Top with cheese; bake 5 min.
