Soft Boiled Egg / Diet Breakfast
- 1 pot of water
- 4 egg
- 2 slice white toast bread or any bread
- 1 dash light soy sauce
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- bring pot of water to a boil then off heat then add egg and cover lid for full 5 minute 30 minute to 6 minute depending on the size of the eggs and pot
- remove eggs and cool it with runny water to stop further cooking
- SERVING OPTION
- OPTION 01 ..serve soft boil egg as dipper with toasted bread
- OPTION 2 serve soft boil egg with fresh cucumber stick
- OPTION 3 serve sodt boil egg with a dash light soy sauce and fried shallot

- OPTION 4 serve soft boil egg with dash of light soy sauce and pepper on garlic toasted bun
