Easy Mexican Soup
- 14 12 ounces low sodium chicken broth
- 15 ounces no-salt-added corn
- 15 ounces black beans (rinsed and drained)
- 16 ounces low-fat refried beans (not with the cheese)
- 16 ounces mild chunky salsa (1 jar or just diced tomatoes)
- 9 12 ounces chicken
- Mix all ingredients and heat and eat!
- Some people add a little shredded cheese and some crushed tortilla chips.
