Crispy Fried Seafood Recipe

  1. Clean shrimp leaving tails on and "butterfly" cut.
  2. Rinse scallops.
  3. Place flour, sesame oil, all-purpose seasoning pepper, garlic in a bowl.
  4. Stir in water to create a batter.
  5. Dip the shrimp and scallops in batter.
  6. Fry in warm oil till lightly browned.
  7. Avoid overcooking.
  8. Serve piping warm.
