Pork and Julienne Potato Stir Fry

  1. Chop the pork into small pieces.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, sake and katakuriko.
  3. Slice the potatoes into fine strips and soak in water.
  4. Heat a frying pan with sesame oil, and cook the pork.
  5. Add the sliced potatoes and keep cooking.
  6. Add the sauce once the potatoes are cooked, mix everything together.
  7. It's done!
