BULL'S-EYE Kansas City-Style BBQ Ribs

  1. Heat grill for indirect grilling: Light one side of grill, leaving other side unlit.
  2. Close lid; heat grill to 350F.
  3. Sprinkle ribs with paprika; wrap tightly in heavy-duty foil.
  4. Place ribs on grill grate; cover with lid.
  5. Grill 2 hours.
  6. Remove ribs from foil; discard foil.
  7. Place ribs, meat sides down, on grill; brush with 1/4 cup sauce.
  8. Grill 10 min., turning after 5 min.
  9. and brushing with remaining sauce.
  10. Meanwhile, sprinkle pineapple with cinnamon.
  11. Grill 6 min.
  12. or until lightly browned on both sides, turning after 3 min.
  13. Cut into wedges and serve with ribs.
