Vegetable Beef Soup
- 5 medium potatoes, peeled & quartered
- 1 12 lbs ground beef, browned
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can corn
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 24 ounces water
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can green beans
- beef bouillon cube
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- salt & pepper
- brown ground beef.
- place all other ingredients in crock pot.
- drain beef when done and add to pot.
- Cook on high for 4-6 hours.
