Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies
- 3/4 cup margarine softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 each egg whites
- 3 tablespoons molasses
- 58 cup milk
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup bran flakes cereal
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups oatmeal quick cooking
- Blend together all wet ingredients.
- Mix the flour, soda, bran and salt.
- Mix into wet ingredients.
- Blend in oatmeal.
- Drop by large tablespoons.
- Bake at 375F (190C) F for 10 to 12 minutes.
