Crispy-Coated Asian Baked Chicken Wings
- 18 round buttery crackers, finely crushed (about 3/4 cup)
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 2 lb. chicken wings Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine first 5 ingredients.
- Mix mustard, honey and soy sauce until blended.
- Reserve 1/2 cup for dipping; brush remaining onto wings.
- Dip wings, 1 at a time, in crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each wing.
- Place on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 25 to 30 min.
- or until chicken is done, turning after 15 min.
- Serve as dippers with the reserved mustard mixture.
