Anglesey Bakestones Recipe
- 1/2 lb Flour
- 4 ounce Castor sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 4 ounce Lard
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr Healthy pinch salt
- SLAPAN SIR FON Rub the fat into the flour and add in the other dry ingredients.
- Beat the egg lightly and add in with sufficient lowfat milk to make a soft rolling consistency.
- Bake spoons- ful of the mix on a greased griddle.
