Teriyaki Shrimp Stir-Fry (20-Minute Meal)
- 3 cups Long Grain Rice
- 6 cups Water
- 1 pound Shrimp-Large Or Medium, Frozen Ready To Eat
- 2 pounds Stir Fry Vegetables - Frozen
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 1 jar (11 Oz. Size) Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze
- 1.
- Place rice and the first amount of water into a rice cooker and cook per manufacturers instructions.
- 2.
- Thaw shrimp under cool running water and remove the tails.
- Set aside.
- 3.
- Place vegetables and the second amount of water in a large skillet on medium heat and allow it to heat and steam.
- 4.
- Place shrimp in a medium skillet, cover with half of the teriyaki sauce, and heat on medium.
- Now smother the vegetables with the remaining teriyaki sauce, continuing to heat on medium until slightly tender.
- 5.
- The shrimp and vegetables will both be done in 15 minutes.
- 6.
- Each person can now fill their own rice bowl or plate (proportionately as desired) with rice, vegetables and shrimp.
