Haunted Taco Tarts

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and cook until tender.
  3. Add turkey; cook until turkey is no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in garlic, oregano, chili powder and salt; set aside.
  5. Preheat oven to 375F.
  6. Lightly grease baking sheets.
  7. On lightly floured surface, roll 1 pie crust to 14-inch diameter.
  8. Using 3-inch Halloween cookie cutters, cut out pairs of desired shapes.
  9. Repeat with second pie crust, rerolling dough if necessary.
  10. Place 1/2 of shapes on prepared baking sheets.
  11. Brush edges with egg white.
  12. Spoon about 1 tablespoon taco mixture onto each shape.
  13. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon tomato and 1 teaspoon cheese.
  14. Top with remaining matching shapes; press edges to seal.
  15. Decorate with Egg Yolk Paint.
  16. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
