How About Some Pasta with Manila Clams?
- 2 servings Pasta
- 300 grams Asari or Manila clams
- 4 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Butter (optional)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- Place the butter, olive oil, and garlic in a pan and turn on the heat.
- When fragrant, add the asari clams and cover with a lid and steam.
- Cook the pasta!

- Add the pasta, parsley, salt and pepper to the clams and adjust the seasoning.
- Add the soy sauce for the aroma at the end.
