Mystery Pizza

• 13 cup ricotta cheese
• 1/4 cup tomato paste
• 1/4 teaspoon oregano
• 2 tablespoons mushrooms
• 3/4 ounce mozzarella cheese
• 3 tablespoons flour, all-purpose

1. In small bowl, blend ricotta and flour.
2. Place in center of small sprayed baking pan.
3. Spread in 7 inch circle, mounding edges.
4. Bake about 20 minutes at 350F (180C).
5. In small bowl, combine tomato paste, oregano, and Worcestershire sauce.
6. Spoon over crust.
7. Top with mushrooms and cheese.
8. Bake about 10 minutes at 350F (180C).
